unprocessed food as close to there natural status as possible most of the
time.So eating foods like vegetables, fruits, healthy source of carbohydrates
like sweet, potato's and grains high quality sources of proteins and healthy
fats like avocados nuts and seeds one of the most important piece of this
process.
7 Tips for healthy eating food
1) Allow yourself to be on journey:
When you are beginner adapting new lifestyle changes and
habits. You have to give yourself a little bit of space to figure it out. Don’t
feel like you need to do everything at the same time. You don't need to stop
eating all of you favorites.
2) Cook more than you don't:
Making your own food is one of the easiest way to eat
better. Because you are in charge of your ingredients as you know exactly what
you are working with. That does not mean you have to cook every single thing
you eat. Just trying to get in the habit of cooking.
3) Quality over calories:
When you are focus on counting calories. You tend to get caught
up in feelings of restriction. And that is because the brain get to work trying
to stay under the certain amount of calories. If you switch your focus to
quantity the brain start looking for things that can add into the diet and all
of a food becomes a fun.
4) What grows together goes together:
When you buy food that are in and of the same season. They
automatically taste good. When ingredients are eaten in the season they grow in
they have better flavor and higher nutritional value.
5) Learn to read your labels:
Learn how to read you labels is the easy way to recognize
what's going into your body. And a great general rule of thumb to follow is to
simply focus on the ingredients list you want that that. List to be 5
ingredients or less and you want to make sure that each ingredient you can read,
recognize and pronounce.
6) Avoid artificial ingredients:
Avoid artificial ingredients flavors sweeteners and nonfat
foods.These sweeteners are literally designed to bypass the logical part of your
brain and trigger all of those pleasure points in the brain. And trigger all of
those pleasure points in the brains. And studies have shown that eating
artificial sweeteners creates more desire to eat more sugar.
7) Follow your hunger:
So many people are in the habit of eating. According to a
clock or according to a diet plan or according to what expert tell them. We
become very out of touch with our natural built in signs that tell us when we are
hungry because yes the body does know when its needs food. If you are hungry
but you're not sure. Ask yourself. Would I should be willing to eat apple?? If
the answer is yes you probably hungry and if the answer is no you may not be hungry.
Yet so you just wait a little longer and then pose same question again. This is
a practice.
